About Judy Mercer
.Judy Mercer has been painting in watercolors since 1995, using her own photographs as inspiration. Whether a marine scene, floral or landscape, her paintings are filled with rich color with an underlying glow. Judy's love of painting is evident in her award-winning work. She is an artist-member of the Artists Guild Gallery in Vero Beach, Florida.
